Msimelelo is a seasoned executive/senior manager with over 20 years of experience in the public finance and finance management environment and he holds B. Com and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) qualifications
Msimelelo has held senior management and executive positions in the public sector environment as a Director, Chief Director (Acting) and Divisional Head amongst others, responsible for Public Finance Management, Medium Term Budgeting, Integrated Development Planning, Strategic Planning, In-Year-Management (IYM) Reporting, Annual Financial and Performance Reporting, Supply Chain Management etc.
In his last position prior to joining KTVR, he worked in the Transport, Fleet and IRPTN (BRT) Management Department in the City of Ekurhuleni (CoE), responsible amongst others for Financial Reporting and Management, Budget Management and Oversight Reporting. He worked extensively with the Ekurhuleni Taxi Industry (ETI), Taxi Industry Technical Advisors (TITA), Independent Facilitators (IF), Project Management Units (PMU) and Bus/Vehicle Operating Companies (VOC) within the IRPTN division. Further to his responsibilities within the department, he was appointed in an acting capacity to assist with the facilitation of the permanent vehicle operating company agreement negotiations between the ETI and the CoE.

Makhosanaza Boateng is a professional, self-motivated qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, with 16 years post article (completed articles in the Office of the Auditor-General).
My area of experience includes IFRS reporting, risk management, budgeting and forecasting, ICT management and governance. I am competent to interact with and presenting to executives as well as governance committees. I also have experience in company value creation and possess a strong track record of client relationship building and people management. My experience and skills have advanced by my involvement in various projects such as system implementation, contract negotiation and project management, as a result I have successfully managed to yield improved business performance which is to achieve solid impact with the executive team and clients.
I have managed people from different backgrounds and skills sets for a couple of years and this exposure has taught me that creating culture of inclusion and trust are a key element into channeling a successful company environment. My professional approach and resolute interpersonal skills have enabled me to operate in a dynamic and challenging working environment.
I hold the following qualifications, Executive Development Programme (Wits Business School), Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences (UNISA) and a Bcom (Financial Accounting) (University of Pretoria).
I am currently a director for Litelec Electrical and Lighting Suppliers (Pty) Ltd since September 2021. At KTVR Bus Services (Pty) Ltd, I am an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer from August 2021 and April 2021 respectively.

Ms. N. Ngwenya is the Secretary of the Women’s Desk Affairs of the Kempton-Park Taxi Association (KETA), a position she has occupied since 2020. Professionally, she is employed by Nedbank Limited in the personal loans division, as part of the team that oversees the banks Audit & Risk and Quality Assurance functions.

Profile of Mr M.A Msibi
Mr M.A Msibi joined the taxi industry in 2001 under the Springs Taxi Association (STA) and gained all the experience he needed to grow in the taxi industry. He later became a member of the Daveyton Kempton-Park Taxi Association (DKTA) where he was eventually elected in the executive committee of the association as its Public Relations Officer in 2016. He worked his way up within the association by providing excellent leadership and he was subsequently elected to the position of Deputy Chairman in 2018 and Chairman of the association in 2021.
Outside of the taxi industry, Mr M.A Msibi is a member of the Royal Council of the Msibi Royals in the Pongola tribal area in the Kwa-Zulu Natal Province.
